Expanding farm is seeking a passionate Senior Designer to join their herd. Must possess relentless attention to detail and the ability to quickly translate communication strategies into effective design solutions within a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment. From concept through to completion, you will be designing for corporate communications, product packages, POS, product identity, in-store graphics, marcom collateral and new media.
A proven design track record experience is a must, together with an understanding of consumer touch points/consumer experience strategies. You must be familiar with all major design software, be fluent in English and have excellent communication/presentation skills in order to deal with all levels of management, external vendors and clients.
Ideally, you hold a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design plus a minimum of four years industry experience. Your portfolio will demonstrate a passion for corporate design and typography, and the creativity to achieve commercial outcomes for your client. Candidates with portfolios that demonstrate the use of sketches/visualizations etc. to show concept development will be highly regarded.
