We are looking for a Gallery/café Supervisor.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation of the gallery and the in-house café
- Responsible for overall presentation of gallery/café
- Attend to sales enquiries
- Co-ordinate deliveries and shipments for customers
- Event coordinator for the gallery
- Planning and executing
- Develop publicity opportunities for the gallery/café
- Obtain consignment space with potential corporations/property developers, etc.
- Assist in marketing materials for gallery/café
Job Requirements:
- Customer and service oriented
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Resourceful
- A fair share of marketing skills
- Knowledge in contemporary arts scene and experience in gallery work
