We are a clothing company based on the model of crowd sourcing for designers, with a particular focus on creating a community for Asian designers. We will be selling our products (mainly T-Shirts) on our main website (ardentees.com). Our website will be holding a t-shirt design competition monthly where the community we build can vote and choose the best designs to go on sale. This is quite similar to threadless.com and DesignByhumans.com. However we are looking for a more artistic approach and less cutesy designs for the t- shirt competition.
The word Ardent is characterized by the warmth of feeling typically expressed in eager zealous support or activity. Our company mission is to invoke our customers to have this passion and appreciation for Art and design through our products and other offerings.

Target Audience: Men 17-25 years of age, Women 17-25 years of age
Logo Design: The logo should be able to be applied to a variety of media including but not limited to: websites, print media, apparel etc. We prefer a typographic type for the logo with creativity shown in the typographic treatment of the brand Ardentees. Here is a general guideline that I want represented by the logo so as not to waste effort and time on creating something which we will reject. Colour schemes and creative input are in the hands of the designer. (However logos must look good in black and white too) We want to be surprised at the creativity on offer. Wants: Creative, Clean look, Unique, Fresh, Modern, Memorable. Don’t Wants: Cartoonish or cute, cheesy designs, Clip art based designs or templates. Cliché designs, Boring, Graffiti, Street, Cutesy, Ordinary & Typical, Dull designs. Please send the materials in vector formats. AI, JPG, PSD in printable and applicable formats upon award of prize money. The logo should convey the message of the company values and aims. It should also demonstrate that we are a creative and artistic company.
Budget and Timeline
Budget: US$300 (two payment of $150). First payment paid upon award.. Final payments after deliverables are sent.
Timeline: All formats required to be delivered two weeks of the first payment.
