Job Responsibilities:
· Lead a 5-man creative department, including slicers and designers across offices in Singapore and China.
- Responsible for overseeing the entire creative process of projects simultaneously by:
- translating marketing objectives into creative strategies,
- refining the usability and aesthetics of designs, and
- planning the visual flow of the entire project.
· Design user interfaces of customer communities, campaign microsites and social applications (e.g. Facebook Apps).
- Liaise and define goals with clients and project managers during requirement gathering stage.
· Collaborate with Technical Lead, Social Media Analyst on the creative and visual strategy of the project during the production stage.
- Responsible for the quality of the final creative work.
Requirements:
- Top Priority - An impressive and solid portfolio of works (online or physical).
- At least 3 years of working experience in Creative Web Design/Web UI industry.
· Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Digital Media or related fields a bonus.
· Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, CSS and HTML.
· Proficiency in Javascript, Ajax and Flash.
· Well-versed with Social Media tools, Blogging Platforms and constantly updated with current web trends.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
- Resourceful, motivated and takes initiative to fulfill their tasks.
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Singaporeans and PR only.
