Job Duties:
- Overall in-charge of daily operations of the retail outlet. Ensure that the outlets meet the Company’s performance expectations in sales, customer service, staffing, training, stock management and shop management through proper planning and utilization of available resources.
- Ensure proper maintenance of counter and product display.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure high quality service to customers.
- Maintain proper cash control for the outlet by ensuring that sales money are banked in daily and control lists are submitted to head office.
- Ensure that the outlet is well-maintained and is kept clean and tidy, including internal displays, and that are staff are properly attired.
- Ensure optimum usage of available manpower for the outlet through effective rostering and deployment of staff.
- Consolidate feedback through staff, concerning merchandise and customer service so as to further enhance merchandising and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationship with our customers to sustain customer loyalty.
- Monitor stock movement and inventory levels of the outlet so as to ensure adequate supply of stock.
- Maintain staff discipline for the outlet by providing guidance and counselling on performance standards and work attitudes.
Job Requirements
- ‘O’ Level/Diploma
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in retail.
- Age between 25-35
- Well-groomed and also have a flair for fashion
- Up-sell and cross-sell fashion goods whenever possible
- Require knowledge in Street fashion and culture
- Providing excellent Customer Service to Shoppers’
- Good spoken English.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Motivated worker with outgoing personality
- Possess initiative, leadership skills, adaptable to changes
- Candidate must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and retail hours
- Able to work independently.
