Ambassadors of Design, HKAoD is a leading non-profit organisation with a mission to promote design and creative culture both in Hong Kong and abroad. Since its inception 5 years ago, HKAoD has sought to actively empower the public through participatory projects that stimulate cultural interaction and creative dialogue in unconventional and enjoyable ways. Through experimental and innovation initiatives, HKAoD exchange between the local and international design community, supports excellence in design and promotes the value of design in everyday life.

• Position to be filled  - Executive Director
• Location of the job - Hong Kong
• Description of the position and/or requirements of potential candidates - The position will require strong leadership experience to work across the intersections of education, creative industry, the public, and business. The Executive Director, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, will be responsible for conceiving and executing a strong annual program of events (both new and existing), lectures, workshops and exhibitions in line with the organization’s mission. Supported by the Board, the Executive Director will also assist in public/private fundraising as well as sponsorships.
