Wanted: Pornographers. Just kidding. Photographers and Online Store builders please.
Hello! we are from wedesignchange.com, and we believe in harnessing creativity and beauty to drive social change.
Right now, we’re working on an income generation project for some refugee women living in Kuala Lumpur, malaysia. these ladies are skilled seamstresses and weavers, and they will be helping us produce a line of tote bags which we will put online for sale.
But before we open for business, we need some nice folks to help us out with product photography and building an online store. here’s more details about each job: -
a. product photography
- skilled photographer needed to brainstorm, shoot and photo-edit the bags and the people involved in the project.
- to deliver around 30 – 40 finished photos
- starting: 2nd week of January.
- remuneration: S$200, honorable mention and lots of karma brownie points.
b. online store
We non-techie people really struggled with this one. someone please come save us.
- website designer to help us build a simple website using shopify / goodsie / volusion / moonfruit etc etc
- layout something like this http://www.sprayground.net/shop (i.e., some links at the top, one big slider, many small pictures of products)
- we will provide logo, photos and copywriting
- teach us how to update the site / upload new products
- starting: right now!
- remuneration: S$500, honorable mention and again, lots of karma brownie points.
