Kiiin is looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our growing team.
If you’re only obsessed with financial targets, task-oriented at all costs, prefer the company of pigeons to people and enjoy spending more than 12hours a day behind the desk… you might not be the one we’re looking for (and probably a little scary). ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS
- Intelligent and imaginative solution-seeker
- Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills
- Responsible, dedicated and organized
- Pro-active team player with an open-mind and genuine willingness to learn
- A passion for brand development and visual communication
- Tertiary education (Poly/University Graduate) ideally with Business/Design/Marketing background.
- Confident with MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint. Knowledge of graphic programs Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign is an asset.
- Previous work experience in the creative industry is a strong advantage; fresh graduates may apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Account Director to evaluate and propose efficient project management strategies
- Provide clear and timely communication at all times through internal/external projects
- Assist Account Director with related client services and marketing/administrative duties
- Coordinate with various suppliers to maintain seamless work flow
- Generate and monitor Quotations, Invoices and Delivery Orders
- Responsible for project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare weekly project progress report
